Wedding – completed it

I married Hannah on Saturday 31st and our wedding was everything we hoped for.

We designed a day we knew we’d love, and we hoped our loved ones would love it too.

It seems they did!

Weddings and marriage

The whole path of getting married is a venture into the unknown. You have to become an overnight expert in so many areas – it starts with diamonds and planning surprises, only ending when you’ve got home from honeymoon.

You research online, you lean on your married friends for help, you trust people you’ve only just spoken to. It’s not easy!

Wedding plannER

Immediately we knew we didn’t have the time or capability to organise any event for over 100 people, let alone a wedding where everything has to be perfect (or so I’m told!).

There was a plan but what would have happened when:

• We couldn’t find a suitable field to hold our marquee?

• Power was needed at different parts of the field?

• Our caterer went bust and we needed a new one last minute?

• Suppliers arrived on the day and needed direction?

Our wedding plannER helped in all these instances (and more!). The wedding plan would have failed. The power is in the planning.

We paid for a planner’s knowledge and experience, plus their time and capacity.

Financial PlannING

We often help clients create an initial financial plan to meet their goals. We also recognise a financial plan only gets you so far towards them.

Your preferences shift, you want to move house, your kids grow up, the government changes, you change job. Things change.

We find the value of our work is in the financial plannING, not only the initial financial plan.
